The Beach Bar provides a simple bistro menu, not unlike what you would find at home while making the most of our local ingredients. Each day we head to the local markets for our fresh fruit and veges to make the most of the ingredients special to Vanuatu. This includes sponge coconuts (a mature coconut which take on a sponge like texture, locally name navara or Vanuatu ice cream), kumala (sweet potato), local nuts like natapoa and nangai and the extremely healthy island spinach.
We have deep sea fresh fish, caught by local fisherman. Bring in your own catch and we can prepare it for you at a low cost.
Our wood fired pizzas are thin based and loaded with a mix of mozzarella & colby cheese. The pizza menu includes all the classics, a local twist, The Melanesian, with its mix of sponge coconut, eggplant, bacon and banana and a few other original choices to test your tastebuds like our blue cheese, leek & apple pizza.
We provide vegan, vegetarian and low gluten options on the menu to cater for everyone in your group.
Lastly, we must mention the fabulous Vanuatu beef. It’s grass feed (and a few coconuts!) which makes happy cows that ensure our sirloin steak and 100% beef patties taste delicious.
